About these terms

These terms govern use of Toolisman’s website, console, APIs, and MCP service, operated by Intergraph Networks LLP. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to do so. Toolisman is currently a private pilot; an account or published guide does not guarantee an invitation, availability, or access to a particular integration.

Your account and permissions

Keep access to your Intergraph account secure and approve only executors you trust. You must have authority to connect each account and share the information the selected permissions allow. Review the account, application, provider, and actions shown at consent. Client names and labels are descriptive information, not a guarantee about who operates a client.

What Toolisman does

Toolisman checks permissions and routes approved tool requests through the implementation configured for the consuming application. It does not run your assistant, supply AI reasoning, or guarantee the accuracy of an assistant’s decisions. The first pilot allows reads only. New actions require owner approval; planned integrations are not a promise of availability or release dates.

Your data and external services

You retain your rights in content you own. You authorize us and our service providers to process the information needed to provide the features you request, including delivering requested tool content to your approved executors and, where configured, One. Your tools, identity provider, executors, and other external services have separate terms and policies. You are responsible for reviewing those terms and for how you direct an executor to use information.

Acceptable use

Do not access accounts or data without authorization, bypass permissions or quotas, distribute credentials, impersonate others, exploit the service, or use it for unlawful or abusive purposes. Tool content is data, not authority to take unrelated actions. Do not use connected data for purposes prohibited by the relevant provider, including prohibited advertising, resale, surveillance, or model training. We may restrict access to address security, abuse, or legal requirements.

Revocation and disconnection

Revoking an executor blocks subsequent authorized calls through that grant. Removing a tool connection blocks access through that connection. Disconnecting an upstream authorization disables its dependent connections and attempts provider revocation where supported. These controls cannot undo a request already sent, recall content already delivered, or guarantee deletion by another provider. Logging out does not revoke independent executor access.

Availability and changes

The service depends on third-party hosting, identity, database, tool, and executor services. We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, provider compatibility, legal obligations, or other operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful execution, or compatibility with every MCP client. Keep independent copies of information important to you.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toolisman is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intergraph Networks LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy, updates, and contact

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. We may revise these terms as the service evolves and will show the revision date here. Contact Intergraph Networks LLP at hello@toolisman.com for support, account requests, or questions about these terms.
